New Welded Steel Tie
Our new welded steel form tie offers more strength, improved concrete flow, and a larger, more secure attachment stud to the best insulating concrete form in the industry.

Stronger
11-gauge galvanized steel with 40 welds per tie for maximum strength and galvanized steel for long-term durability.

Larger Attachment Stud
1-1/2" wide by 13" high 22-gauge galvanized steel stud delivers superior strength for attaching wall coverings.

                      The New PS·3100 10" Form

Superior Performance
The strength of 10" concrete posts, connected with 3-1/2" solid concrete webs, provides extraordinary structural performance. The PS·3100 has the same 4-hour fire rating as all other PolySteel forms and can be used in any commercial or residential application -- all while using 25% less concrete than a comparable 10" flat wall. With the performance capability of constructing 50-foot concrete walls, the PS·3100 expands the possibilities for ICF construction to a new dimension.
